Clara is seeking a senior Financial Operations Lead / Integral Controller to own controllership end-to-end, from monthly close to audit, and to modernize the function with AI-driven automation. The role partners with CFO, country controllers, FP&A;, Treasury, Legal, and external auditors.
The candidate will lead multi-entity, multi-currency close, global regulatory support, and internal controls while driving a unified controllership model across LatAm and beyond.
