The Master Data Specialist enters, updates, and maintains data across multiple systems and databases, including ERP platforms (Macpac, Oracle, M1, Epicor) and workflow tools such as Kiss flow, to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance. This role performs quality checks, researches and resolves data discrepancies, generates routine reports,



and coordinates data entry workflows with other teams. The Data Entry Administrator also supports data governance and audit activities, follows and helps refine data entry procedures, and provides guidance to Associate-level team members as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain accurate data across multiple systems and databases.
Perform quality checks on data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
Research and resolve data discrepancies or missing information.
Handle data-related requests and inquiries within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
Generate routine reports and summaries (e.g., KPIs, audit data, dashboards) from entered data.
Coordinate data entry workflows with other teams or departments and prioritize multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
Support data governance, data quality, and audit activities.
