Role Description The Business Development Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Mexico City, Mexico. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building a robust sales pipeline for Kumar Organic Products’ key product lines. The person in this position will manage and grow customer accounts,



conduct market research, and develop proposals and presentations tailored to client needs. Daily responsibilities include meeting with prospective and existing customers, coordinating with internal technical and commercial teams, preparing sales forecasts, and tracking performance against business targets. The role also includes representing the company at industry events and maintaining accurate documentation in CRM or related systems.

Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify, qualify, and convert opportunities.
Strong Business and Account Management capabilities, including pipeline management, negotiation, and relationship-building with key stakeholders.
Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interactions, presentations, and internal collaboration.
Experience in B2B sale
