We are hiring an Accounting Intern who will be supporting in everyday accounting and finance activities.
As an intern, you will be doing:
Participate on manual costing process.
Analysis and split of import costs.
Booking of imports costs.
Analysis of inventory finished goods.
Analysis and correction of other vendors inventory bookings.
Accounting Reports Tie out.
Participate on account reconciliation process.
Elaborate reports to explain account balances including supporting documentation.
Electronic Invoice review.
SoP elaboration
Who you are:
Required Skills And Competencies
Currently studying a bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
To graduate at least in December 2027 or later.
Availability to work from 8am to 5pm or 7am to 4pm.
Advanced English level.
Intermediate Excel skills.
General knowledge of Mexican tax law.
Preferred Skills And Competencies
Ability to multi-task
Organization skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to listen, understand and apply critical thinking to understand business needs.
Critical thinking (know how to prioritize, evaluate an analyze the best outcome)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in the use of basic technology programs such as Microsoft Office
