Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Advanced English
Minimum 4 years of HR experience in the manufacturing industry
Experience working with or alongside a shelter / maquiladora arragment (familiarity with Tetakawi preferred)
Experience working in electronics manufacturing services (EMS) or similar multi-site manufacturing environment
Experience coordinating with third-party HR service providers
Experience guiding managers through corrective action, progressive discipline, and performance management in compliance with the LFT
Experience owning new hire onboarding, organizing training programs, and ensuring DC-3 compliance certificate issuance
Proficiency in tracking and reporting site HR metrics, including headcount, turnover, absenteeism, and employee relations activity
Knowledge of Mexican Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS, INFONAVIT, and statutory benefit requirements
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion
