Bachelor's degree completed in Criminology, Public Security, Business Administration, Law, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Certifications or training in Asset Protection Security, CTPAT, AEO (Authorized Economic Operator), Security Audits, or Risk Management are preferred.
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (preferred), with the ability to support audits and manage documentation related to CTPAT requirements.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Asset Protection Security positions.
Demonstrated experience in the implementation and maintenance of CTPAT and AEO programs.
Experience in access control, internal investigations, loss prevention, security vendor management, and CCTV systems management.
Experience working in IMMEX companies or maquiladora environments.
