What will you do as a People Data Analyst at Sealed Air?

You will be a key contributor within the People team, supporting initiatives aligned with the company’s strategy.



You will be responsible for delivering exceptional employee support while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. You will execute core HR programs and processes and act as a support resource for the U.S. employee base, driving best practices and ensuring the effective execution of key operational activities.

Execute key operational activities related to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, time management, and reporting.
Serve as the primary point of contact for U.S. employees on HR-related matters.
Manage employee requests through ticketing systems such as ServiceNow (policies, payroll, benefits, and general inquiries).
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
