100% Remote – Mexico | 12-Month - Contractor Role

American IT Sourcing (AITS) is looking for Mid-Senior / Senior Full Stack Software Engineers based in Mexico for a long-term remote engagement supporting a major general financial-services organization.

We are specifically looking for engineers with strong, recent hands-on experience across both backend and frontend development.
Required experience:
5+ years of professional software engineering experience
Strong Java
Strong hands-on Spring Boot
React + TypeScript / JavaScript
Apache Kafka
REST APIs
AWS
PostgreSQL and/or Oracle
SQL / stored procedures
Automated testing: JUnit, Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress or similar
Microservices / cloud-native development
Strong English communication skills
Experience working with international or US-based teams
Highly desirable:
Banking, fintech,



payments or financial-services experience
Oracle / PL-SQL
Redux / Context API
Docker / Kubernetes
CI/CD
High-volume transactional systems

Important: This is a true Java Full Stack role. Recent, production-level experience with Java + Spring Boot + React + Kafka is essential.
Engagement details:
100% remote within Mexico
Independent contractor
Initial 12-month engagement with possibility of extension
