We’re Hiring: Senior Sales Leader – Retail Technology
Santa Fe, Mexico City | Contractor Model | Fully Bilingual English/Spanish
KogniVera is looking for a true Enterprise Sales Hunter / Retail Technology Sales Leader to build and accelerate our Retail Technology business in Mexico and LATAM.
This is not an account management, delivery, marketing, or retail operations role.
We need someone who can open executive relationships, generate qualified pipeline, build GTM strategy, work with partners, and close complex enterprise technology deals.
Must Have
✅ 20+ years in enterprise IT / technology sales
✅ Proven experience selling consulting, implementation, professional services, or managed services
✅ Strong Retail Technology experience: Commerce, OMS, POS, PIM, CRM/Loyalty, Marketplace, Supply Chain, Pricing, ERP, or AI solutions
✅ Direct ownership of quota, pipeline, new logos, and deal closure
✅ Experience with C-level stakeholders and multi-million-dollar enterprise deals




✅ Strong partner / alliance / co-selling experience
✅ Advanced technical English and Spanish
Highly Preferred Ecosystem Experience
Salesforce Commerce Cloud | Salesforce CRM | Oracle Retail | SAP | Microsoft | Google Cloud | Adobe Commerce | VTEX | Mirakl | commercetools | Blue Yonder / JDA | GSIs / Systems Integrators
Candidates should be ready to discuss real examples of:
- Largest deals closed
- New logos opened
- Retail accounts developed
- Consulting / implementation services sold
- Partner-led opportunities
- GTM strategy for Mexico and LATAM
