Role Description This full-time TRAFICO AEREO role at LCH Luxury Travel is a hybrid position based in México, Mexico, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The role is responsible for managing air travel reservations, including issuing, reissuing, and canceling tickets, as well as verifying fares, taxes, and rules to ensure accuracy and compliance. The position involves coordinating with airlines and internal teams to handle booking changes, schedule modifications, and special service requests, while maintaining clear communication with clients about itineraries and travel requirements. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring flight status, resolving operational issues, processing refunds or exchanges when applicable, and maintaining detailed records in reservation and back-office systems. The role also requires adherence to company procedures, service standards, and performance goals in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Qualifications
Experience in airline or travel agency operations, specifically in air traffic or ticketing,



including reservation management and flight coordination.
Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, airlines, and internal teams in both written and spoken English and Spanish.
Proficiency with GDS or airline booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) and comfort working with digital tools, spreadsheets, and reporting systems.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling fares, taxes, rules, documentation, and scheduling, with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, demonstrating reliability, self-motivation, and adaptability to changing priorities and schedules.
Previous experience in luxury travel, corporate travel, or tourism is an advantage; knowledge of airline regulations and travel industry standards is highly beneficial.
