This is not a traditional sales-only Account Manager role . We need someone who can grow strategic accounts while working closely with clients, Sales, Project Management, Delivery, and technical teams . Key Responsibilities Own and grow strategic enterprise client relationships. Drive account mining , identifying new projects, upselling, cross-selling, renewals, and expansion opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders . Manage account strategy, pipeline, forecasting, revenue growth, and account health. Work closely with Salesforce and CRM environments to manage accounts,



opportunities, pipeline, forecasts, and client activity. Partner with Project Management, Delivery, Product, Engineering, and technical teams throughout project execution. Manage client escalations, delivery risks, and recovery plans. Support proposals, SOWs, contract negotiations, renewals, and commercial discussions. Understand project delivery fundamentals including scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies, risks, change requests, critical path, and project profitability . Balance client expectations with technical feasibility and delivery commitments. What We’re Looking For 10 years of relevant professional experience in Account Management, Strategic Accounts, Client Relationship Management, Enterprise Sales, Service Delivery, or related technology environments.
