What you will do

The KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER based in Ciudad de Mexico is responsible for scheduling appointments, meeting with customers, expanding market share, resolving customer complaints, developing sales strategies, and analyzing sales performance:
- Develop and maintain annual Joint Business Plans (JBP) for each client, aligned with company objectives to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Negotiate commercial terms, promotions, product launches, and key agreements with clients.
- Manage the commercial budget, including bonuses, discounts, and promotions.
- Analyze sales, margins, inventory, and performance by SKU and category to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales performance.
- Ensure proper execution at the point of sale in coordination with trade marketing and field operations.
- Monitor and optimize fill rates, returns, and prod
