Liderar el desarrollo e implementación de estrategias de mantenimiento y confiabilidad para los activos productivos de la planta, asegurando la estandarización de procesos, la mejora continua de la disponibilidad de equipos, la reducción de fallas recurrentes y la transición sostenible hacia un modelo de mantenimiento preventivo y predictivo.
