Metalsa is seeking an entrepreneurial and business-driven Managing Director, Engineering Services & Machine Building (New Business) to lead a new services venture designed to unlock Metalsa's engineering and manufacturing expertise for external customers.
This executive will identify attractive markets, define scalable service offerings, and build commercial capabilities, creating a profitable business model with full P&L; responsibility reporting to the VP of Engineering.
