LATAM Operations Analyst
Reap is looking for a LATAM Operations Analyst to support the execution and scaling of our Mexico and LATAM operations.
This role will work closely with Payment Operations, Finance, and internal and external stakeholders to keep operational workflows coordinated, documented, and executed on time.



It is a great fit for someone who enjoys solving operational problems, improving processes, maintaining trackers, and using AI tools to reduce manual work.
The person in this role will support payment operations, finance administration, reporting, documentation, advisor coordination, and structured follow-up across Reap’s LATAM business.
What you’ll do
Support Mexico and LATAM payment operations workflows, including ticket tracking, issue resolution, and escalation.
Maintain operational reports, trackers, SOPs, playbooks, and audit logs.
Coordinate administrative follow-up across Finance, Payment Operations, Compliance, Commercial, Product, and external advisors.
Help organize client, partner, advisor, and internal follow-ups when assigned by the relevant workstream owner.
Join client or partner calls when needed to capture notes, document action items, and track next steps.
