What You Will Do:
Coordinate and schedule interviews (phone, virtual, and on-site) by communicating with candidates and interviewers to align availability, ensuring all logistics, materials and agendas are accurate and well-documented.
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, managing confirmations, rescheduling, and providing clear and timely communication to ensure a positive candidate experience, escort candidates on site through the facility
Assist with job postings, requisition updates, escort candidates on site through the facility.
Career fair coordination and occasional participation on campus




Help maintain sourcing pipelines by tracking candidate flow, supporting outreach efforts, and assisting in amplifying the employer brand through approved communication channels.
Provide general administrative support for hiring events, assessments, and additional recruitment tasks, contributing to project initiatives within Talent Acquisition as needed.
Track candidates through the hiring process and facilitate processing of background checks, drug screens, conflict of interest reviews, etc. to ensure timely completion of HR pre-employment requirements.
