The role of the KAIZEN Continuous Improvement Agent is to drive the optimization of organizational performance through the systematic application of operational excellence methodologies and tools. Their main responsibilities include:
Improving the value stream within the business, ensuring efficiency and alignment with strategic objectives.
Integrating and promoting process improvement concepts such as Lean Manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma, Gemba Kaizen, and the Theory of Constraints (TOC).
Coordinating and implementing continuous improvement methodologies aimed at eliminating waste, reducing process variability, and increasing operational performance, prioritizing those areas with the greatest potential for optimization in terms of cost and quality.
Assess the maturity of the operational excellence system in collaboration with the operations directors.
