Flash Charger Operation & Maintenance Specialist
Description
This position will play a key role in ensuring the availability, reliability, and operational performance of BYD Flash Charging stations, acting as a link between the charging backend platform, users, dealers, station operators, local teams, and BYD Headquarters technical teams.

The role will be responsible for monitoring charging stations and equipment, analyzing system alerts and technical issues, coordinating troubleshooting, supporting new station launches, and following issues through to final resolution.

The adecuado candidate is a technology-oriented and analytical professional with strong troubleshooting skills, excellent follow-up, and an interest in digital platforms, connected devices, software, and new energy technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the daily operation and technical support of BYD Flash Charging stations in Mexico after station launch.

Monitor the Flash Charging backend management platform, including:

Online status

Equipment operating status

System abnormalities

Technical alerts





Monitor data connectivity and communication between charging equipment and the backend platform.

Support users with issues related to Flash Charging equipment, the BYD App, and charging-related functions.

Perform initial analysis, classification, and troubleshooting of issues involving:

Backend systems

Mobile applications

Charging equipment

Digital platforms

Communication interfaces

Escalate unresolved technical issues to BYD HQ R&D;, IT, App, Equipment, and Technical teams, following up until final resolution.

Support backend configuration, including:

User accounts and permissions

Station information

Equipment information

System settings

Other operational configurations

Support the launch of new Flash Charging stations by performing:

System connectivity checks

Backend configuration

Basic functional testing

Operational validation

Maintain detailed issue logs for stations, equi
