- Defines local PPS strategy in alignment with regional and international PPS strategic priorities
- Collaborates w/local sales and marketing on integrated initiatives driving market penetration
- Defines local education offer incl. trainer management and location setup

- Manages local events, e.g. trade fairs, hairdressing awards or other industry events
- Steers local implementation of seasonal trend collection

Is responsible for local academy
Is responsible for local PPS Budget
- Manages, develops and motivates local PPS Team
Fosters relationships w/local hairdressing community and artists
- Secures a consistent and best in class implementation of integral guidelines in the local market
- Facilitates digital transformation in education in the local market




- Critically reviews success of launches, promotions and activities to ensure continual improvement of educational suppor

- Experience managing Education / Professional Partner Services (PPS) in the beauty industry.
- Experience leading and developing a team of 4+ educators.
- Strong event management and coordination skills.
- Experience delivering education across salons, stores, and retail channels.
- Strong management and organizational skills, including coordinating national education calendars and agendas.
- Proven leadership and people management capabilities.
- Established network with hairdressers, artists, advocates, influencers, or other industry leaders.
- Strong knowledge of the beauty / professional haircare industry and market.
- Fluent English required to collaborate with global teams and stakeholders, including Germany.
