Job Description Summary
As TPM and Preventive Maintenance Leader you will manage plant equipment reliability, drive Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) pillars, and eliminate downtime. You will direct autonomous and planned maintenance, track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), coach staff, and optimize computerized maintenance systems (CMMS) to ensure safe, peak plant performance.
Install, maintain, and repair internal factory equipment. Supervise employees who perform maintenance and tool making. Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or is focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline. Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results.
The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.).

Roles and Responsibilities
- TPM Implementation: Lead the core pillars of TPM, focusing heavily on Autonomous Maintenance (operator-led care) and Planned Maintenance systems.




- Preventive Strategy: Build, schedule, and refine routine, preventive, and predictive maintenance protocols using a CMMS platform.
- Downtime & Loss Reduction: Track Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), investigate root causes of machine failures, and execute continuous improvement projects.
- Team Coaching: Train operators and maintenance technicians on basic machine upkeep, troubleshooting, and reliability methodologies.
- Compliance & Safety: Enforce workplace safety rules, lock-out/tag-out (LOTO) procedures, and environmental regulations.
- Ensure that equipment and tools are in good condition for use. Propose plans for preventive maintenance and corrective action.
