About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Brand Designer to lead the visual execution of our brand initiatives and create high-impact designs that bring our personality, values, and vision to life.
In this role, you will help shape and evolve our visual identity, drive creative excellence, and ensure a cohesive and distinctive brand experience across every touchpoint. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Product, and leadership teams to turn strategic ideas into compelling visual experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the development of brand visuals for major campaigns, product launches, and strategic initiatives.
- Define, evolve, and strengthen our visual language and brand expression.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and innovation across all brand executions.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Product, and leadership to translate business and brand objectives into impactful creative solutions.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to building a strong culture of design excellence.
- Present and articulate design concepts and rationale to key stakeholders.
- Help establish and maintain high creative standards across the organization.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, brand design, or a related field, preferably in agencies or fast-growing companies.
- Strong experience in brand identity, visual systems, and visual strategy.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and presentation tools.
- Solid understanding of UX/UI and motion design.
- A strong portfolio showcasing brand campaigns, identity systems, and art direction.
- Experience leading creative projects, teams, or mentoring other designers.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to clearly explain and defend design decisions to stakeholders.
- A strategic and creative mindset, with a strong attention to detail and a passion for building distinctive brands.
