As Manager Visibility & Shopper Marketing, you will lead trade marketing initiatives that strengthen brand visibility, enhance shopper engagement, and drive commercial performance across retail channels.

Your Impact

Trade Marketing connects our brands with adult consumers through distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and other channel partners. In this role, you will ensure our products are visible, available, and effectively activated at the point of sale through best-in-class merchandising, retail visibility, and shopper engagement programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement trade marketing, shopper marketing, and visibility strategies.
- Drive retail activations, promotions, merchandising,



and engagement programs across channels.
- Build strong partnerships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key channel partners.
- Manage POS materials, branded merchandise, and retail visibility initiatives.
- Develop planograms and merchandising solutions that improve in-store presence.
- Analyze shopper and channel performance to identify growth opportunities and improve execution.
- Manage external agencies and suppliers to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.

Who We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Category Management, Merchandising, Retail Marketing, Commercial Operations, or related commercial functions.
- Minimum 2 years of people leadership experience managing direct reports.
- Strong understanding of retail
