Mission
The Real Estate Market Research & Competitive Intelligence Analyst is a remote role responsible for conducting commercial real estate market research, feasibility analysis, and competitive intelligence to support acquisitions, asset management, and portfolio strategy across a national self-storage portfolio.



This analyst turns market and demographic data into the reports, scoring models, and dashboards that inform market selection, acquisitions, pricing, and repositioning strategies.
Outcomes:
- Support the design, build, and ongoing refinement of the internal quarterly market report, including market- and asset-level metrics, trends, and insights that support asset management decision-making, ensuring reports are completed and distributed each quarter according to established timelines.
- Maintain and enhance a standardized market and asset scoring model that incorporates saturation metrics, rents, demographics, and performance KPIs to prioritize capital, marketing, and pricing initiatives across the portfolio, completing quarterly reviews and updates to ensure the model reflects current market conditions.
