As a Record to Report Manager RLT - LDC (temporary), you will play a key leadership role within the Record-to-Report (R2R) organization, overseeing accounting and reporting activities for U.S. entities while partnering closely with business stakeholders and the Novartis Operations Center in Mexico.Job Description- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for SAP and key financial reporting platforms, including FCRS, IBI, BPC, and related reporting tools- Lead month-end close and financial reporting activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements, disclosures, and management reporting- Apply International Accounting Standards (IAS), IFRS principles, and Novartis Accounting Manual (NAM) guidance to complex accounting and operational matters- Review account analyses, balance sheet reconciliations, and Balance Sheet Review (BSR)
