The Production Business Program Manager – Strategic Business is responsible for leading the plant-side execution and integration of a major new business program that will contribute with the next year business growth.

This position serves as the primary interface between the Manufacturing Plant and the Business Unit Leaders,



ensuring that business requirements, customer commitments, product roadmaps, capacity plans, investment requirements, material strategies, and operational objectives are effectively translated into executable plant plans.

The Program Manager will coordinate cross-functional activities across Operations, Materials/Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, New Product Introduction (NPI), Quality, Finance, Maintenance, Facilities, and Human Resources to ensure the plant is fully prepared to support the successful launch, ramp-up, and sustained production of the new business.

The position is accountable for maintaining overall program alignment, identifying risks and constraints, driving cross-functional actions, and escalating issues that could impact Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Capacity, or Customer commitments.

This position reports to the Plant Manager and will be based in Matamoros, Tamaulipas.
