Research and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention
Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reduce risks related to daily management of employees
Assist management in conflict resolution
Set standards for ethics, values and culture of company

Act as an HR Business Partner to business leaders.
Execute talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, compensation, and employee relations processes.
Oversee and directly execute HR processes when required.
Develop and track Human Capital metrics and KPIs.
Onboard new employees and manage immigration documents, taxes and benefits packages
Execute the Talent Strategy: Support the implementation of projects to enhance our talent pipeline and address key opportunities. Support Workforce Planning: Lead succession and workforce planning efforts, helping to develop leadership talent across the business.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
8 years of experience in HR or related field
Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
At least 4 years of experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner, creating, implementing, and managing HR processes.
Experience in the automotive industry or in growing national com
