Job Title: Senior Logistics Representative Job Location: Monterrey, Mexico (Onsite/Hybrid) Duration: 9+Months Ideally 1-2 of the representatives will be fluent in Spanish and they are supporting customers in South America. Logistics Rep: The Logistics Representative is responsible for managing customer’s supply chain information and data within Client Transportation Management System. They act as an extension of the customer’s staff to ensure that all information flows properly and efficiently to ensure all transportation arrangements are made. The Logistics Representative is accountable for independently managing their own area of responsibility, fostering, and maintaining a relationship with their assigned customer’s. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following: Ensure Transportation arrangements are made for shipments by the following: Monitoring customer load board and information flow in the Transportation Management System Maintaining any team mailboxes Performing relationship and knowledge-based exception management to any pre-defined processes Document and organize existing standard operating processes Learn multiple job functions within assigned team Facilitate customer calls and updates, identify when an outgoing call is needed to offer proactive answers Meet operational metrics Conduct Client systems trainings to external customer representatives Manage reconciliation of daily, weekly, monthly,



and quarterly reports Make fact-based suggestions on how customers can achieve their goals in utilizing client by understanding client value proposition Act as a resource and support for peers when needed Understand and utilize client project-based delivery model to find process improvements and cost savings within area of responsibility and/or team Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements Sr. Logistics Rep The Senior Logistics Representative is responsible for leading the management of customer supply chain information and data within Client Transportation Management System. This role involves acting as a primary liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure seamless information flow and efficient transportation arrangements.
