Project Management Specialist – Installation Leadership
As a Project Management Specialist, you will be accountable for project delivery, profitability, and overall customer satisfaction by efficiently managing project-related activities and resources. You will lead the installation, commissioning, and startup of Baker Hughes supplied equipment at customer sites and coordinate with engineering, quality, and supply chain functions. Responsibilities
Lead the assigned project team and coordinate with all supporting functions to ensure seamless execution in accordance with contractual obligations. Serve as the primary contact for project stakeholders and provide guidance to identify opportunities amid challenges and unforeseen changes. Ensure that project financial performance, timely completion, and exceptional quality consistently meet and exceed targets. Manage and resolve all project-related issues, including status reporting, risk mitigation strategies, and project closure procedures. Effectively coordinate all efforts to ensure successful closure of the project and seamless transition to the operating team as defined by the contract. Facilitate the development of execution models suited to varying project sizes and scales, applying insights from lessons learned and advocating implementation throughout every project phase. Qualifications




Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 2+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably with large EPC companies. Excellent oral and written communication skills; fluent in English and adept at executive-level presentations. Entrepreneurial mindset with strong influencing and leadership competencies. Proficient in managing project financials, including revenues, contribution margin, and cash flow. Knowledge of T&C; glossary and dynamics, including contractual provisions, risks, claims, and remedies management. Background in Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines, Compressor technologies, and energy transition technologies such as hydrogen, carbon capture, geothermal, and energy storage. Willingness to travel internationally to visit customers or Baker Hughes locations. Adaptable Working Patterns
