Role Overview
The IT Infrastructure Support Specialist is responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and supporting the organization’s core IT infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and security of systems and services. This role provides technical support for servers, networks, cloud platforms, and end‑user environments, while troubleshooting issues and resolving incidents in a timely manner to minimize business disruption. 4‑year degree or equivalent experience 2–3 years’ experience working in an enterprise helpdesk setting Advanced knowledge of modern computer hardware, wired and wireless networking, handheld barcode scanners, IP phones, printers, and peripheral computer equipment Advanced knowledge of Windows11 Enterprise/LTSC, and Android/i OS operating systems Experience configuring and maintaining laptops and desktops in an enterprise environment Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and Power Point Excellent business English communication skills, both verbal and written (Level B1/B2) Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and/or collaboratively with remote peers Communication and customer service skills Benefits
