Drive the expansion of global e Payment options by collaborating on strategic projects across international regions. Manage and optimize international payment systems, including e Check, ACH, Direct Debit, and Brazilian Boleto frameworks. Spearhead chargeback investigations and fraud data monitoring across multiple ERP and e Commerce platforms. Partner with internal teams and general financial institutions to resolve complex payment processing exceptions and improve overall customer satisfaction. Validate user and system processes to ensure Trimble maintains continuous PCI compliance. Qualifications & Experience
2+ years of experience in e Payments, billing platforms, or accounting operations.



Deep understanding of global e Payment methods, including credit cards, Pay Pal, SEPA, and direct debit systems. Hands‑on experience with top‑tier ERP systems such as Oracle R12 and Salesforce, and payment gateways such as Cyber Source and Stripe. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with an ability to research complex transaction inquiries. Flexibility to work shifts aligned with US and Americas Eastern Standard Time hours. Professional certifications in credit card chargeback management or fraud handling are a plus. Experience with advanced reporting and business intelligence tools such as Excel, Domo, Power BI, or SQL. Location & Travel
