- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2-4 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Working knowledge of Mexican Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS, INFONAVIT, and statutory benefit requirements
- Professional proficiency in English strongly.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with HRIS systems
- Experience working within or alongside a shelter / maquiladora arrangement
- Experience working in an electronics manufacturing services (EMS) or similar multi-site manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with a shelter service provider.
- Experience coordinating with third-party HR service providers.
