a leading company in the industrial construction sector is seeking an experienced general superintendent to provide field leadership on large-scale projects, including automotive manufacturing facilities, advanced manufacturing plants, mission-critical facilities, and data centers.

key responsibilities

- lead and oversee all on-site construction activities.
- direct multidisciplinary teams, superintendents, supervisors, and trade partners.
- drive project performance in safety, quality, schedule, and productivity.
- coordinate construction sequencing, manpower planning, logistics, and subcontractor activities.
- promote a zero incident safety culture and ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
- build strong relationships with clients, project teams, and stakeholders.
- identify and resolve field challenges while maintaining project objectives.

qualifications

- bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or related field.




- 15+ years of industrial construction experience.
- 5+ years in senior field leadership roles.
- proven experience managing large industrial, automotive, manufacturing, mission-critical, or data center projects.
- strong leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- experience coordinating multiple trades and large field teams.
- intermediate to advanced english preferred.
- willingness to travel and relocate as required.
