- develop reliability prediction models and recommend test methodologies as needed.
- develop reliability test cycles based on real-world product usage profiles and field conditions.
- analyze warranty data, dfmea outputs, pfmea and control plan inputs, and field findings to prevent recurrence of failures in testing and the field.
- assist the reliability lab and product engineering with test failure investigations, root cause analysis, and reporting.
- support product engineering in the application of design of experiments (doe) and statistical analysis.
requirements:
- bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related engineering field.
- minimum 1 year of experience in reliability, quality, design, or industrial engineering.
- fluent in english.
