ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a bilingual professional to develop our network of qualified market-entry and business-service partners across North and Latin America.
The role involves identifying, engaging, qualifying and onboarding credible providers supporting international companies with market entry, establishment, compliance and ongoing business operations.
FOCUS MARKETS
United States, Canada, Mexico and Brazil.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Research and identify suitable market-entry and professional-service providers
• Conduct outreach in English and Spanish through calls, email and professional networks
• Present the Expand Us proposition and partner-engagement model
• Conduct structured qualification and onboarding discussions
• Validate provider credentials, service capabilities and geographic coverage
• Collect relevant commercial and onboarding information
• Coordinate agreements and completion of onboarding requirements
• Maintain accurate partner records and progress updates
• Build balanced coverage across assigned markets and service categories
• Escalate strategic and cross-border partnership opportunities
REQUIRED PROFILE
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish
• Relevant professional experience within North American or Latin American markets
• Experience in partnerships, provider onboarding, consulting, professional services, business development or B2B engagement
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage structured outreach and follow-ups independently
• Availability for the stated part-time commitment
Portuguese proficiency and experience in Brazil will be a strong advantage.
COMPENSATION AND CONTRACT
The role offers a fixed monthly contract retainer of USD 900 together with performance-linked incentives.
- The engagement will begin with an initial one-month contract and may be renewed or extended based on performance, partner quality, regional coverage requirements and business needs. Consistently strong performers may be considered for longer-term opportunities.
