Country General Manager Mexico

We are seeking an exceptional business leader to join CHEP as Country General Manager, leading one of the most important and strategically significant markets in Latin America. This role carries full accountability for the performance, growth, and long-term success of the Mexico business and a workforce of approximately 300 employees. This opportunity is designed for high-potential leaders who have demonstrated the ability to lead with impact, navigate increasing complexity, and are ready to continue growing their leadership journey.

Reporting to the CEO, CHEP Latin America, the Head of Mexico will play a critical role in shaping business strategy, accelerating profitable growth, strengthening customer partnerships, driving operational excellence, and building a high-performing organization for the future. This leader will also serve as a key member of the Latin America Leadership Team, contributing to the broader regional agenda.

What You'll Do

- Lead the overall strategy and performance of the Mexico business.
- Drive sustainable revenue growth, profitability, cash generation, and return on invested capital.
- Develop and execute commercial strategies that strengthen customer relationships and expand market opportunities.
- Champion operational excellence and continuous improvement across the business.
- Improve asset efficiency and reduce asset losses through effective leadership and execution.
- Lead business transformation initiatives, including innovation and digital capabilities.
- Build, develop, and inspire high-performing teams while creating strong succession pipelines.
- Foster a culture centered on safety,



customer focus, accountability, and inclusion.
- Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to deliver strategic priorities and business outcomes.

You are a commercially minded and strategically focused leader who has successfully led complex businesses and delivered results through people, customers, and operational excellence.

Adecuado Experience & Qualifications

- Proven leadership experience with significant business accountability.
- Demonstrated ownership of business performance, including financial and commercial outcomes.
- Strong experience leading growth strategies and transformation initiatives.
- Success operating within complex, matrixed, multinational organizations.
- Track record of building and developing high-performing leadership teams.
- Experience managing senior stakeholder relationships across diverse business environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- MBA or postgraduate business qualification preferred.
