Salesforce Technical Lead – Agentforce & Data Cloud

Location: Mexico City (Hybrid 1 or 2 days per week or month)

Type: Full-time

Role Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce Developer / Technical Lead with strong expertise in Agentforce, Salesforce Data Cloud, Apex, and LWC. The role combines deep technical delivery with leadership, owning solution design, code quality, and end-to-end implementation of AI-enabled Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead technical design, development, and code reviews for Salesforce solutions.
- Build and implement Agentforce AI agents, prompts, grounding, RAG, and custom agent actions.
- Design and deliver Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, including ingestion, modeling, and activation.
- Develop high-quality solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Flows.
- Own delivery across the full SDLC, including design, build, test, deployment, and production support.
- Mentor developers and enforce Salesforce best practices, security,



and performance standards.

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, and the Salesforce Core Platform.
- Proven experience implementing Agentforce in real business use cases.
- Practical experience with Salesforce Data Cloud in enterprise environments.
- Experience as a Technical Lead, including design ownership, code reviews, and team guidance.
- Comfortable working in Agile delivery models.

Required Salesforce Certifications

- Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist
- Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I

Preferred / Nice to Have

- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
- Java Script Developer I
- Integration experience with REST APIs and Mule Soft
- CI/CD and Salesforce DX experience
