Working together with production, process team and supplier quality to ensure a high quality product and customer satisfaction. It must comply and ensure that the organization's KPIs are within the goal, Warrantees and Failure Cost. Experienced engineer, capable to lead, solve complex problems and capable to deal with top management.Responsibilities:Approx. Work with production and process team to review, create and maintain PFMEA.30% per dayEnsure the performance of internal, step and process audits (Internal Quality Audits, Layered Process Audits (LPA) and Inspection process audits (DA).20% per dayWork on Root Cause analysis on Customer Complaints, Non conformances in external audits (ISO or Certifications); develop action plans, implement and monitor effectiveness. - Engineer Bachelor degree, technician or equivalent
- Good knowledge on ISO 9001
- Good/Expert in Core Tools
- Good/Expert Root cause analysis

- Capability to present and deal with top management
