Buyer - Manufacturing Overview: Sizewise / Agiliti is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented buyer for our manufacturing facility located in Tecate Baja, El Bajio Industrial Park.

In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that our production schedules run smoothly while managing the procurement of materials necessary for our operations.

Responsibilities/Duties: • Maintain production schedules to optimize workflow and meet customer demands.

• Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.

• Manage inventory levels and conduct regular assessments to prevent shortages or excess stock.

• Be able to negotiate with suppliers to secure the best pricing and delivery terms for materials.

• Be able to monitor and analyze purchasing trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Collaborate with Corona and Kansas sites to align production goals with procurement strategies.

• Be able to utilize scheduling software to track progress and adjust plans as needed.

• Be able to prepare reports on inventory status (MRP), procurement activities, and production schedules for management review.

Key qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.





• Proven experience in scheduling and purchasing within a manufacturing environment.

• Proven experience in regulations, import/export administration regulations.

• Between 3-5 years of related electronics/electrical components buying experience is a plus • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Proficiency in scheduling and inventory management software • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic setting.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain principles is a plus.

• Be able to travel to US (VISA) • Fluent English speaker (written and verbal) *CV must be sent in English
