We are in search of a Remote Achitect(Arquitecto)
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years experience of Architectural, Drafting, Project Management, Project Design, and Construction BluPrint Stages for Residential, Commercial, Clinical, and Laboratory
- 3+ years of experience in with AutoCAD, Revit, Excel, G-suite, Adobe,
- Abel to read plans in English fluently
- spell and speak English fluently
**Responsibilities**:
Project Drafter is to follow The CompCodes Workflow Protocol in all stages of Preliminary Design, Design Development, Construction Docs, and Plan Check phases to generate construction blueprints that are approved for permit. Deliverables required are as follows:
- Cover Sheet and Project Data.
- General Notes.
- Full and Partial Site Plan with dimensions and location as needed for Jurisdictional requirements.
- Elevations as needed.
- Sections as needed
- Design Renderings-That Match Rendering Provided
- Architectural Details
- Windows and Doors Schedules
- MEP Sheets as need & Title 24
- Mandatory Cal-Green Measures




- Product Schedules as needed pert the build out and Client or Client’s contractor is responsible to furnish product specs.
- Structural Drawings Structural Details as need
Project Drafters are to have experience working in Architecture Industry or Construction or Engineering and knowledge of Revit and Autocad
Project Drafters are to Ability to graphically communicate an idea quickly and effectively, backed by strong technical capabilities regarding building construction and technologies, millwork detailing and consultant coordination if needed.
Drafters are to have Experience with fast paced, technical projects
Strong organizational skills
Ability to Interpret and Analyze site surveys Data and full code and accessibility reviews with a Project Manager
Be Fluent in English
Job duties include drafting revisions from redline corrections from both architect and city departments, plotting and printing, drafting construction documents, building 3D Models in Revit, develop 3D colored renderings, drawing interior elevations, and drawing/referencing various construction details
All incoming contractors are to be versátil, adaptable, and maintain project agenda, and project log records. There is a sample Project Log and Project Agenda Template documents they can use from the Procedures Folder in the Drive.

Pay: $15,000.00 - $28,482.53 per month
