**Quality Manager**:
Responsible for the lead of the activities of the quality area, optimizing the tasks and process for the department.
**Responsibilities of the Quality Manager**:
**General Responsibilities**:
- Understanding customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes.
- Design and review of specifications for products or processes.
- Setting requirements for raw materials or intermediate products for suppliers and monitoring their compliance and measure and complete the required level of quality expected by the company and the client.
- Lead the quality team in order to achieve task and goals provided by the company.
- Knowledge on standards for quality and audits for the area and/or plant.
**Position Requirements**:




- Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering or similar technical degree. (Master's degree is a plus)
- 6-10 years of experience supporting as a leader on Quality area.
- Problem solving techniques.
- Communication techniques.
- Training in the work area.
- Fully bilingual (Spanish/English).
- Work stability on previous jobs/positions.
