**GBS TALENT ACQUISITION SCHEDULER**
The Talent Acquisition Scheduler is responsible for performing all scheduling activities for all panel interviews.
Meet all interview scheduling internal metrics to support efficiency in the process steps.
**HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
In this role you:
- Maintain a continuous improvement mindset by reviewing work processes
- Escalate any issues or compliance outages to manager
- Ensure compliance to Kellogg recruitment and placement policies, systems and procedures
- Ensures and maintains integrity of data in the Applicant Tracking SysteM.
**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS**
**Minimum**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any Administrative College career or similars.
- Proficient in English reading, writing and speaking
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to effectively interact with all levels of internal and external customers
**Preferred**:
- Basic HR experience
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to think critically and independently
