The Maintenance & Facilities Manager is an integral part of the Carlisle Medical Technologies Tijuana's team. We are looking for a person that possesses strong technical and problem-solving skills and that operates comfortably in a high-energy Medical manufacturing environment. We are looking for great talent to join our team.
Experiência y requisitos
Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical). - 8+ Years of experience leading and coaching a maintenance team in a manufacturing environment. Medical Manufactuing environment exposure and experience is highly desirable. - Experience on developing and executing preventive maintenance programs and fulfill building (facility) needs and improvements.



- Familiarity with CMMs Systems (work order request + tracking). - Medical Manufactuing equipment knowledge (vertical and horizontal molding, ultrasonic welder, HVAC systems, compressors, water treatment, etc.). - Bilingual (Spanish and English proficiency). - Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and/or schematics.
