Overview:
**Job Title: Trainer Specialist**
The Trainer Specialist will be responsible for helping our corporate employees to expand their skills and knowledge on doamina and development areas. They will be responsible for organizing informative training sessions, promotion and improving of WIPRO personnel.
Trainer Specialist should have strong knowledge in the field of training, posess positive attitude, amazing communication, organizational skills and highly proficient in time management.

**Experience**:
2-4 years with industry experience, preferably from property management, real estate or similar industry.
1.5 Corporate Training experience
**Skills Required**:
Communication skills : English Communication - Written, Spoken, Reading. Must be able to have a conversation (CEFR C1 level is a plus).
Coordination & organizing skills
Presentation skills
People Management skills
Customer service skills
Ability to multitask




Technical proficiency in MS office products required (Excel, Word, Power Point etc.,)
Analytical skills

Deliver class both virtually and on site
Create Standard Operating Procedures
Deliver Pre Process, Process and OJT (On the Job) training for New Trainees
Processing/escalations & the rest on coaching & floor support
Demonstrate good business decisions, pro-active problem solving and relationship building
Encourage and support CSR’s during difficult situations
Prepare training need/ top defect analysis analysis for the floor
Provide constructive feedback for performance improvement
Coordinate operations center activities and serve in leadership roles
Ability to go beyond the call of duty in times of business exigencies
