Support HBW personnel, have the support responsibility to carry out the planned maintenance, analyze and solve common and / or non common problems, as well as to have spare parts necessary for the execution of these functions.
Core responsibilities:
- Support personnel according to company policies and HBW maintenance strategy.
- Ensure the development of preventive and corrective maintenance activities, as well as the creation and execution of continuous improvement plans in the HBW team.
- Be aware of the potential environmental impacts of the organization (waste and hazardous waste generated in maintenance). Seek to recycle the most scrap material.
- Meet the requirements of IMS and Standard Work.
- Ensure that height training as well as rescue, is based on LEGO rules and Mexican laws.
- Ensure that the condition of all equipment complies with environmental and safety standards and requirements.
- Maintain a level of efficiency in the realization of TPM in all the equipment.
- Participate in projects of Improvement of the areas of Maintenance
- Manage and keep costs low in the maintenance operation
- Ensure that providers of any service provided to the area meet LEGO requirements.

HBW is an automated warehouse where all LEGO bricks (elements) are stored. Department is responsible to keep the machinery in good condition to support all processes as storing of bricks or material flow.
HBW Maintenance Supervisor is part of team which focuses on maintenance tasks as TPM,
repairs and material flow with safety compliance and LEGO standards
Do you have what it takes?
- Electric Engineer, Mechanical enigineer or related graduate.
- At least 5 years of experience in Maintenance.
- Preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Ability to personnel management
- Structured and self-directed
- Problem solving
- Interested in increasing their knowledge and professional development
- Decision making skills
- Ability to encourage new ideas and inspire innovation.
- Microsoft Office
- High level of project management
- Lean manufacturing
- Six sigma and quality tools
- Financial knowledge in costing and budgeting.
- Experience with automated warehouse or similar technology
- Experience working with maintenance management system
