**What will you do?**
- Responsible for Siemens Nee Product Introduction projects (PLM / SAR projects).
- Project planning
- Budget planning. (Investments and expenses)
- Resource planning.
- Risk analysis.
- Implementation of productivity projects.
- Breaker test plans follow up.
- Root cause analysis, 8D's to solve technical challenges in projects.
- Work with multidisciplinary teams.
- Patent and white papers investigation.
**What will you need to succeed?**
- Engineering in Mechanic, Electric or similar degree
- 5+ years proven experience in R&D; area or project management
- Desirable PMI or IPMA certification
- Advanced English, another lenguage is a plus
- Effective communication skills
