Essential functions
- Manage all tasks and communications related to custom logos and assist upper management, Marketing and Sales Leadership with key decisions related to the custom logo process.
- Manage new logo setups, changes, corrections, general questions and any issues or escalations related to logo inventory and logo order errors or delays.
- Create and produce final artwork for different media and different printing sizes.
- Use image editing software from the Adobe Suite (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop). Knowledgeable in editing vector images, image conversion, re-coloring, and printing standards.
- Create Purchase Orders for customer logos and coordinate delivery and receipt of logos to all applicable distribution centers. Issues and prepare purchase orders or bid requests for samples.
- Create new part numbers in Agile, coordinating with multiple departments to obtain technical details on the product and complete forms. Ensure the documentations meets the needed requirements.
- Clearly communicate and articulate the Custom Logo Program guidelines, timelines and procedures to multiples areas and departments (Marketing, Sales, PDM, Regulatory, Quality, Distribution & Finance).




Experience/Education
- Associate degree or equivalent from a technical school; or at least two (2) years design management experience in a similar field preferred.
- General knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud/Suite (including Illustrator, Acrobat DC, Photoshop)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
- Experience working with an Oracle, Agile, Salesforce is preferred.
- Ability to understand and learn medical, logistics and engineering terms.
