Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams that build great products and contribute to our growth, we are looking to add a Facilities Engineer in Juarez, Site Norte.
The Facilities Engineer position performs installations, repairs, modifications and preventive maintenance on equipment, fixtures and systems in buildings and facilities.
What a typical day looks like:
- Responds to service calls and internal repairs throughout the facility.
- Troubleshoots problems, responds to work orders, repairs systems and equipment.
- Installs office furniture.
- Performs scheduled preventive maintenance.
- Performs failure analysis and diagnostics.
- Replaces defective components and wiring and adjusts mechanical parts.
- Aligns, adjusts, and calibrates equipment according to specifications.
- Ensures the operation of plumbing, water, electrical and mechanical systems.




- Manages and develops personnel in charge.
Experience we are looking for to add to our team:
- Electrical or electromechanical engineer.
- Maintenance experience.
- Experience in maintenance of buildings and their equipment (climate, air compressors, hydropneumatics system, firefighting system, cooling tower, etc.).
- Knowledge of electrical control, electrical installations, interpretation of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic diagrams.
- Knowledge in AutoCAD as a plus.
- Intermediate English
