What You Will Do
- Support in the detection of risks and behaviors of people, directing staff to have good safety practices, as well as the timely detection of high-risk operations within operations guaranteeing a safe work environment.
- Provide the support required to comply with the EH&S; legal requirements.
- Generate the investigation of accidents and incidents to determine the causes and reasons that generate accidents and incidents.
- Authorize and monitor risk jobs performed by employees and contractors compliance with the safe word of internal and external employees (contractors), through training, review documents and work permits.
- Detection of unsafe acts and conditions (almost accidents), in order to control situations where an accident may occur.
- Investigation of accidents and incidents in order to determine the causes and motives that generate accidents and incidents to mitigate them through problem solving and Yokoten (Sharing knowledge).
- Participates in safety brigades and EHSS committees.
- Support to inventory of hazardous and Non-hazardous waste.
- Control of direct chemicals.
- Participates and provides support related with quality and EHSS systems management.
- Implementation projects of continuous improvement.
What You Need
- Professional Degree or Technical Career
- 2-3 years of related experience.
- Experience in the automotive industry preferably
- Knowledge of government obligations regarding industrial safety, health and environmental laws and regulations.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety operations.
- Experience in managing work groups.
- Computer knowledge (Office)
