**Key Responsibilities**:
Coordinates with appropriate internal (Purchasing, R&D;, AP, PC, Finance MFG) and external parties (Suppliers) to facilitate the proper strategy on a regional and local basis.
Ensures BP and Forecasting Accuracy for purchasing economics
Accounting and reporting for purchasing performance month result
Internal and External Audit requirements
Close review and analysis on negotiations driven by functional across key pillars (Cost Reduction activities, Raw Material Guidelines, FX, etc.) in order to guarantee consistency with their budget.
Ensure Accounting Integrity
Ensure and track new models and projects according to budget
Purchasing Result reconciliation between finance purchasing and Function.
GCS Report elaboration. (Account report)
Budget and Forecast elaboration.
BOP Intercompany prices explanations and tracking (VT price)
Processes Improvement
