- Drive optimization and lead the continuous improvement of our payroll and time administration processes in the region
- Support the general exchange of best practices and documentation of processes to ensure sustainable payroll operations
- Support the installation of new technology and automation solutions in coordination with our IT colleagues and other key stakeholders
- Optimize our internal controls procedures across the organization
- Represent the payroll team on critical projects related to post-merger integration, system upgrades, or other strategic initiatives.
**Qualifications** Basic Qualifications**:
- Completion of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience




- 3+ years professional experience in an analytical or technical role with a focus on technology, project management, or process improvement
**Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated positive communication, interpersonal leadership, and customer relations skills**
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely at a professional level, orally and in writing, in English
- Demonstrated successful project and change management skills and techniques
- Experience with Alteryx, Microsoft PowerBI, Power Automate, or other similar desktop-level automation solutions desirable.
- Experience with SAP payroll and time management systems
